Is this a gated community? Yes. Desert Mountain is a private, gated residential community. All guests must be registered in advance for access. What information do you need from us? For all guests age 18+, we require full name, mobile phone number, and email address for community registration. Do we need to provide vehicle information in advance? No. If you’re renting a car, vehicle information is not required in advance. Guests may enter through staffed gates or choose to use a transponder. What are our gate access options? • Two staffed gates (ID required) • Rent a transponder (optional): $25 non-refundable per 30-day period + $250 refundable deposit (subject to DMMA policies) Are Desert Mountain club amenities included? No. Golf, dining, fitness, spa, tennis, and pickleball facilities are private to members and are not included with this rental. Are there noise or party restrictions? Yes. Quiet hours are enforced. This is a peaceful residential community—parties and events are not permitted. Where can we park? Parking is allowed only in designated areas. Overnight street parking is not permitted. Can we bring pets? Pets are allowed only with prior approval and must comply with community leash and cleanup rules.
